Concrete foundation work

What we do

Foundation work is where precision matters most. We pour residential and commercial foundations that meet structural code, handle load properly, and set your project up for success. From slab-on-grade to frost walls and footings, we calculate loads, prep the base, and pour to spec.

Foundation types we build

  • Slab-on-grade: Monolithic pours for residential builds, garages, and light commercial structures
  • Footings & stem walls: Load-bearing foundations for frame construction and masonry
  • Frost walls: Deep footings for cold-climate stability
  • Pier & column footings: Engineered bases for posts, decks, and structural columns

Our process

  1. Site inspection & planning: Review building plans, soil conditions, and load requirements
  2. Excavation & grading: Dig to depth, level the base, and compact subgrade properly
  3. Form setup & rebar placement: Build forms to spec, tie rebar, and verify spacing and elevations
  4. Pour & finish: Place concrete with proper mix design, vibrate to eliminate voids, and finish level
  5. Cure & strip: Allow full cure time (minimum 7 days), then strip forms and inspect
